Excellent, excellent book on gaining a better understanding of OCD and the world of those who suffer from this debilitating disorder. It especially highlights what is sometimes called "Pure O," which is a manifestation of OCD that is primarily in thoughts rather than actions. Those who suffer with OCD, I recently read, are often not diagnosed for many decades, because they are fearful to disclose the types of thoughts that are outlined in this book and feel that it is just them, producing copious amounts of self-blame and shame. I highly recommend this book.
